Founded in 1883, the Ladies' Recreation Club is a private member's club located in the heart of Hong Kong. With five-star sporting and dining facilities and outstanding service, the Club offers its members a place to gather, socialize and enjoy an array of activities for their families and guests.

Membership Fees & Subscriptions

- Main applicant, and spouse/domestic partner applicant (if applicable), must be aged 18 or above, except for Sports Membership (Junior)
- Memberships mentioned in this application form are all individual memberships, which are non-transferable and non-refundable in any event. For Debenture Membership (Corporate) or (Natural Person(s)), which are in different settings, please refer to each application form for details
- Application will be accepted only when all the required documents are submitted. The application form submitted must be signed
- Any change in the details should be submitted in writing to the LRC Membership Office (Ladies Recreation Club, 10 Old Peak Road, Hong Kong), or e-mail to [email protected]
- All personal data is protected under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). The Ladies Recreation Club may use the collected data for verifying your identity, for statistical research and analysis, for designing and marketing the Club's facilities, products and services, and for facilitating the communications between you and the Club. Your personal data supplied to the Club will be kept confidential but some collected data may be accessible by the Club's authorized officers or committees who are obliged to the same confidentiality duty

Membership Categories
Ordinary Membership
Private and life time membership, please note that there is a long waitlist in place currently. for new Ordinary Membership. Applicant must be proposed and seconded by two active voting members.
5-Day Membership
A 5-Day Membership is a 2-year temporary membership for weekday usage of the club. This membership encourages those interested in the tranquil club experience on weekdays to join us and enjoy our service and facilities. Please note that there is a waitlist in place currently for new 5-Day Membership.
Debenture Membership (Natural Person(s) Membership) (Ten-year period)
Debenture holders who are Natural Person(s). Its value is depreciated by 10% each year over 10 years. Available without waiting time.
Debenture Membership (Corporate Membership) (Ten-year period)
Debenture Membership is through a corporate depreciating debenture, its value is depreciated by 10% each year over 10 years. One person may be nominated for membership per debenture. Available without waiting time.
Nomination for Debenture Membership
A Debenture Holder which is a body corporate shall have the right to nominate one employee and their spouse or domestic partner if applicable as a member/members.
Sponsored Temporary Membership
STM is for any person who is working temporarily in Hong Kong and is sponsored by his/her company. Each company may only sponsor two employees at any one time. Membership may be applied for continuous period of 6 months renewable for further period(s) of 6 months or less for up to three years at the sole discretion of LRC, Available without waiting time.
Sports Membership
Premier / Adult / Junior - If you are elite playing standard in badminton, bowling, bridge, pickleball, squash, swimming or tennis, you may consider applying for Sports Memberships, pre-assessment of sports level of play will be required before filling the application.
